Need to view, reschedule, or cancel your appointment? Here's how to manage your booking.
There are three main ways to manage your appointment:
Click the button below to go to the Setmore login page. You can log in or create a profile using the email address you used when booking.
If you've never logged in before, you can create a customer account using the same email you used when booking. Once logged in, you'll see a list of your upcoming appointments, which you can easily cancel or reschedule. Creating an account also makes future bookings faster and gives you access to your appointment history.
Go to Customer Portal / Login1. Find the original appointment confirmation email sent by Setmore when you booked.
2. Check your spam or junk folder if you can't find it.
3. Click the "Manage Appointment" or similar link/button within that email. This will take you directly to your appointment details without needing to log in separately.
If you opted-in for SMS notifications when booking:
1. Check your phone's text messages from around the time you booked.
2. Look for a message from Setmore containing a link to manage your appointment.
3. Clicking this link should also take you directly to your appointment details.
Quick Summary:
Once you've accessed your details (via portal, email, or SMS link):
- You should see your upcoming appointment(s) listed.
- Click on the specific appointment to view its full details (date, time, barber, service).
Once viewing your appointment details:
1. Look for a "Reschedule" or "Edit" button/link.
2. Click it and follow the prompts to select a new date and time.
3. Confirm the changes. You should receive an updated confirmation email.
Once viewing your appointment details:
1. Look for a "Cancel" or "Delete" button/link.
2. Click it and confirm the cancellation when prompted.
3. You should receive a cancellation email.
Please note: We appreciate cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance.
If you didn't receive a confirmation email or SMS, please check your spam/junk folder first. If you still can't find it, you can:
